Jagapathi Babu’s Pravarakhyudu Nearing C...

Pravarakhyudu starring Jagapathi Babu and Priyamani in the lead is close to completion. It is said that the shooting part would be completed by the end of the month. Except a song and small talkie part, the entire movie has been completed. Makers of the movie are planning to release the audio in the first week of November and the movie in the first half of December.

Pravarakhyudu is being directed by Madan and produced by Ganesh Indukuri under Tolly to Holly Films banner. Music is composed by MM Keeravani. The other star cast in the movie includes Brahmanandam, Ali, Sunil, Darmavarapu Subramanyam, Chalapathi Rao, Madhu Sharma, Hamsanandini, Pooja, Anitha Nath and Radha Kumari.

“Pravarakhyudu” is Jagapathi Babu and Priyamani’s second movie. Earlier, both of them paired for “Pellaina Kothalo.” The movie won appreciation as a good family entertainer.

By now, most of the movie lovers both in Bollywood and Tollywood are aware of the fact that ace director Ram Gopal Varma is directing a movie, “Rakta Charitra” based on the real life story of Late Paritala Ravi both in Hindi and Telugu. The movie is expected to begin in the first half of this month.

The latest news regarding this upcoming movie is that Collection King Mohan Babu will be playing the role of N T Rama Rao (the founder of Telugu Desam Party) in Telugu while the same role will be played by Shatrughan Sinha in Hindi.

Aadi, son of director Ravi Raja Pinisetty and Surya Sivakumar are playing the lead roles in the Telugu version while Vivek Oberoi and again Surya Sivakumar will be playing the lead roles in Hind Version.

“Rakta Charitra” is said to be a five-hour length movie that will be released in two parts. The first part of the movie is expected to hit the screens in January 2010 while the second part is expected for release three months later.

Paritala Ravi is the name that everyone in Andhra might have heard of. Ohh…yes!!! Raktha Charitra is a movie based on faction ridden culture that is about Paritala Ravi’s life. Vivek oberoi will be playing Paritala Ravi in the movie. The “Ghajini” man, Surya is roped in to play the role of Suri. No wonder it is Ram Gopal Varma’s idea to bring in such controversial subjects in the form of a movie.

Raktha charitra will be Surya’s debut in Bollywood. The film will be made in both Hindi and Tamil simultaneously. The buzz is that the film will be made into two parts. The first one is about The “Rise of Paritala Ravi” and the second part about how his enemies conspired against him to finish him off.

Interesting concept amongst many of RGV’s films …Isn’t it?? Keep waiting for its release.
